Shopify E-commerce & Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant

We're Hiring: Full-time Shopify E-commerce & Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant

What You’ll Do:
* Manage Shopify backend: products, collections, seasonal launches
* Schedule posts on IG/FB via Meta Business Suite
* Set up and send emails using Omnisend
* Maintain spreadsheets, track influencer content, do light research
* Respond to customer emails and handle general admin support
* Assist with other marketing-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:
* Skilled with Shopify, Omnisend, and Meta Suite (REQUIRED)
* 2+ years VA or e-commerce experience
* Strong written English, organized, and detail-oriented
* Bonus if you’re into nail art, anime, kawaii culture, fashion, or J-fashion
* Able to start immediately
* Proactive, follows instructions, and asks questions when unclear

Work Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Flexible)
* Availability required between 9:15 AM – 2:00 PM PST
$650/month starting salary
