JOB OVERVIEW

The Email Marketer will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to help us connect with our audience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment

Write compelling email copy and create engaging templates (working with designers as needed)

Segment audiences and set up automated email workflows (nurture, abandoned cart, win-back, etc.)

Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs

Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and make data-driven improvements

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Stay up to date on email marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM marketing

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)

Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email a plus

Solid understanding of audience segmentation and personalization

Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or platform analytics

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Figma)

Experience with SMS marketing or push notifications

Knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing
