Inventory & Merchandiser Manager - eCommerce Startup - Production + Fulfillment - Houseplants

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand with our own warehouse and factory in the Netherlands. We work with both raw materials and finished goods, which means inventory planning is core to keeping things flowing smoothly.

We’re now looking for an Inventory & Merchandiser Manager — someone who’s on top of the numbers, always sees the stock gaps before they happen, and loves making sure the right products are on the shelves at the right time.

You will be working closely with the founder, and the whole company is a team of 13 (4 PH based employees)

Working Hours: available during EU business hours (08:00-17:00 Amsterdam time)

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
– Day-to-day buying of stock (raw materials + finished goods)
– Coordinating inventory counts & reconciliations
– Spotting and clearing low-moving or obsolete stock
– Supporting and coordinating our production process
Your KPI = Not out of stock, no overstock, COGS as % of revenue

Requirements (Read Carefully – No Exceptions)

D2C eCommerce experience is a must. (B2B is a bonus)
Proof required. Don’t just claim experience – show it. Applications without undeniable proof of results will be ignored.

Be specific. Clearly state:
- How many years of eCommerce experience you have (3+ years required)
- The size of the brands you worked with (in yearly revenue)
- The number of SKUs you managed
- Monthly purchasing volume in USD or EUR you were responsible for
