On-Site Manager (Bastrop, LA) – Summer Food Program

About the Role?
We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on On-Site Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our warehouse in Bastrop, Louisiana during the summer food program. This is an on-site position — you will play a critical role in making sure our weekly food boxes are accurately packed and delivered on time, helping feed thousands of children across the region.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage warehouse operations for the summer food box program
* Supervise a packing line with automated equipment (box erectors, conveyors, case sealers)
* Manage and support a team of 15–30 packing staff, ensuring reliable daily attendance
* Monitor packing accuracy and quality for every box
* Maintain production pace to meet weekly goals
* Coordinate unloading of pallets and truck deliveries
* Manage shift schedules and ensure smooth daily execution
* Track basic inventory and communicate shortages
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Be available outside normal hours for any urgent issues or production needs

* Familiarity with inventory or scheduling tools is a plus
