JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing fashion brand. We are looking for a highly experienced TikTok Ads Media Buyer who also has a sharp eye for fashion content and can find winning creatives to help us scale to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns for our fashion products
Follow a strict creative testing and scaling structure (ABO ? CBO) (Or ur own one)
Analyze campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting accordingly
Research and identify high-performing TikTok videos in the fashion space for creative inspiration
Work closely with our team to plan new creatives based on market trends
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, fashion ad styles, and viral formats

Requirements:
Proven experience running successful TikTok Ads campaigns (preferably for fashion/e-commerce brands)
Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, ad platform, and creative best practices
Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and viral content
Ability to work independently and take ownership of ad results
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented


Bonus (but not required):
Experience with Shopify and tracking tools like Trackbee
Familiarity with content creation or basic video editing tools


Work Hours:
Flexible schedule, but you must be available for feedback and updates on a daily basis
Approx. 30-40 hours/week


Salary:
Competitive and negotiable based on experience ($600–$750/month to start)
Performance bonuses based on ROAS and growth milestones
