Plan, set up, and manage TikTok ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, engagement, etc.)
Conduct audience and keyword research for optimal targeting
Create compelling ad creatives and work with the content team to align visuals and messaging
Monitor ad performance and optimize for KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports
A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Stay updated with TikTok ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience with TikTok Ads Manager
Proven experience managing TikTok Ads (preferably with portfolio or case studies)
Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, audience, and trends
Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and analytics tools
Minimum $50K+ ad spend experience across platforms
