Instagram DM Closer for Mid-Ticket Coaching Program (Clothing Brand Niche)

Hi,
I’m looking for a fluent English speaker who can confidently close sales via Instagram DMs.

This role is to identify pain points, position our solution clearly, handle objections, and convert warm leads into paying clients directly inside the DMs.

? About the Program:
We run a group coaching program called the 5K Formula—designed to help early-stage clothing brand owners scale their brands to consistent $5-10K months using proven organic and paid strategies. We’ve already helped dozens of brands achieve their first breakthrough months, and now we’re scaling.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:

- Proactively reach out to existing Instagram followers through DMs

- Start conversations by engaging with recent story viewers, likers, commenters, etc.

- Identify pain points and qualify whether they’re a good fit for the 5K Formula program

- Do light cold outreach by engaging with new accounts and continuing the conversation when they respond

- Mirror our brand tone: casual, clear, and non-pushy—but confident

- Handle objections, present the program as a solution, and close leads directly in the DMs

- Track all outreach, active conversations, and warm leads in a shared Google Sheet or Notion board

- Collaborate with the founder to ensure leads get followed up with and moved through the funnel


???? You Should Be:

- Fluent in written English with perfect grammar and a natural, casual tone

- Confident in closing (you’ve done DM sales or high-ticket appointment setting before)

- Emotionally intelligent—you know when to push and when to listen

- Proactive and organized with excellent follow-up

- Comfortable learning from Loom videos and scripts (I’ll provide training)

Fixed rate or commission-based, depending on experience
