Job Overview:
We are a Canadian-based eCommerce and logistics company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remote assistant to help manage our online selling platforms: Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace.

Salary:
???? $400–$550 USD/month (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
???? Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time (Canada)
????? Canadian holidays off

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings, inventory, and pricing on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart Marketplace

Process daily orders via ShipStation or ClickShip, choosing the cheapest shipping option

Reply to customer emails and messages across platforms professionally and promptly

Keep a log of customer issues, returns, and complaints, and help close them out

Prepare basic order, support, and inventory reports

Monitor product reviews and escalate when needed

Requirements:
Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace

Familiarity with ShipStation, ClickShip, or other shipping tools

Comfortable using Google Sheets, email, and spreadsheets

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Fast and stable internet connection

Can follow processes and improve them as we grow

Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience with image editing (Canva or Photoshop)

Amazon keyword research or listing optimization

Handling A-to-Z or chargeback cases

Experience using multi-channel inventory tools
