High level of English and conversational Spanish: Essential for communicating with our international clients.

What will your day-to-day look like?
As a Virtual Agent at Locker in the City, your main responsibilities will include:
Review management: Monitoring and responding to customer feedback to maintain a positive relationship and continuously improve our service.
Social media management: Creating, managing, and optimizing content across our social platforms to foster engagement and boost brand visibility.
Business development: Identifying opportunities to expand our network of partners and clients, looking for new ways to grow the company.
Phone customer support: You'll be the first point of contact to resolve questions and concerns, ensuring each interaction is friendly, efficient, and solution-focused.
