We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Lister to join our growing fashion e-commerce team. You’ll be responsible for importing, pricing, optimizing, and maintaining product listings across our Shopify stores — ensuring each listing is accurate, profit-focused, and aligned with our internal systems.

This is a results-driven backend role for someone with great structure, e-commerce experience, and a sharp eye for product accuracy and profit margins.

• Salary: $3/hr
• Part-time to full-time depending on performance
• 100% Remote | Flexible, but consistent daily work required
• Immediate start preferred

Your Main Responsibilities:

• List 5 new products per store per day
• Use Poky product importer to import from competitors

• Ask suppliers for quotations before listing, to ensure each product meets:
- 3x cost of goods
- Minimum $30 profit margin

• Create/optimize product pages based on store language & structure
• Add correct European size chart (requested in advance from supplier)
• Track and fill in the quotation sheet immediately after receiving prices
• Assign names to new products and request sizes/quotes right away

• Monitor out-of-stock colors/sizes via supplier updates in ----------
• Instantly update listings in the backend to prevent refunds or order delays
• Ensure newly listed products are fully updated with the correct sizes/colors

• Send a short daily report summarizing what was listed and updated

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Shopify and product listing tools (Poky preferred)
• Able to calculate accurate pricing based on profit margins and supplier quotes
• Excellent communication with suppliers and sharp attention to detail
• Fast, consistent output with minimal errors
• Proactive in identifying missing info (like size charts or stock status)
• Self-managed and reliable with structured daily work habits
