Who we’re looking for:

We need a conversion-focused builder who can implement, test, and optimize high-performing landing pages using page builders that integrate with Shopify seamlessly (Replo, PageDecks, or similar tools). You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO, designers and DTC team to craft, test, and scale responsive, fast, and revenue-per-visitor optimized experiences that can handle $100k/day in Meta ad spend traffic.

Responsibilities:

Build and iterate landing pages using Shopify-Integratable page builders (Replo, PageDecks, Instance, etc.)
Implement design ideas fast—taking inspo from competitors and proven DTC offers.
Collaborate with design team to test new offers, angles, and layouts daily.
Ensure pages are responsive, mobile-first, and lightning fast.
Add “conversion boosters” and “AOV boosters” like quizzes, timers, bundles, sticky offers, popups, upsells, etc.
Test page styles (PDP, listicle, quiz, sales page, hybrid)
Work with CEO and media buying team to optimize funnels and metrics (CPA, CVR, AOV, ROAS)
Maintain organized library of all LPs tested, failed, scaled


Requirements:

Mastery in Replo, PageDecks, Instance, or other Shopify-compatible page builders.
Proven record building high-converting Shopify LPs for brands doing over $1M/month
Highly creative problem-solver with speed and flexibility
Slack + G-Sheet fluent
