We’re Fortify Leadership Development, a fast-growing financial services and leadership business committed to helping families build wealth and protect their future. We're urgently looking for a creative and dependable Marketing & Presentation Specialist to assist with our branding, presentations, and BPM Zoom meetings.

???? What We Need:
We need someone ASAP who is highly skilled in:

???? Canva Design: Create branded flyers, promo materials, social media graphics, and campaign content using Canva Pro.

???? PowerPoint Presentations: Design clean, professional, and engaging slide decks for our training sessions and BPM (Business Presentation Meetings).

???? Zoom Expertise: Help manage our live BPM Zoom meetings, including:

Setting up branded Zoom webinars or meetings

Managing participants, breakout rooms, co-host roles

Ensuring smooth live experiences and tech support

Recording sessions and organizing replays

? You’re a Fit If You:
Have proven experience with Canva Pro and PowerPoint

Understand strong branding and design principles

Are confident navigating and managing Zoom features

Can follow directions but also bring creative ideas

Communicate well and are reliable on deadlines

Are available for weekly ongoing support

???? Bonus Skills:
Slide animation and video insertions in PowerPoint

Creating branded Zoom backgrounds or overlays

Basic video editing for promos or client testimonials

Social media management (optional for future projects)
