We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant experienced in building high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains,writing SEO-rich keyword focus content that ranks and resonates and social media analysis to find content creators/video ideas.

Backlink Responsibilities:
Source and secure white-hat backlinks from high Domain Authority websites relevant to gaming, anime, collectibles, or eCommerce
Conduct strategic email outreach and relationship-building with bloggers, publishers, and relevant webmasters
Submit content for guest posts, resource lists, and editorial mentions
Monitor and analyse competitor backlink (Semrush experince is a plus)
Maintain accurate records of acquired backlinks and outreach efforts

SEO Content Responsibilities:
Write keyword-focused articles about Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game, including:
Deck guides
New set announcements
Product news
Gameplay strategies
Collector-focused tips

Monitor industry news, leaks, and community trends to create and publish fast-turnaround content
Optimise content for SEO: headings, metadata, internal links, and keyword integration
Follow briefs and content calendars, but also spot and act on emerging topics before competitors

Social Media Research Responsibilities:
Track trending Pokémon and One Piece topics across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Instagram
Identify viral post formats, engaging hooks, and content ideas for short-form and long-form use
Spot rising creators, ---------- s, sounds, and hashtags relevant to TCG audiences
Create weekly reports on what’s trending in the community, including crossovers with gaming, anime, and pop culture
Help identify opportunities for content repurposing or collaboration
Content creation experince would be a plus.

Requirements:
Proven success acquiring high-authority backlinks
Experience with SEO blog writing and understanding of keyword strategy
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and backlink building ethics
Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone to TCG/collector audiences
Familiarity with Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game, or adjacent fandoms
Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Google Search Console
