Digital Marketing Specialist for Shopify eCommerce across 3 brands in the UK
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Shopify eCommerce Marketing
Google Ads & Conversion Optimization -Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) with a strong focus on ROAS and conversion optimization.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve ad performance and efficiency.
Use advanced tracking and attribution tools to monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
SEO & Content Marketing -Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize blog and product content for Shopify.
Build backlinks and collaborate on content to drive organic visibility and traffic.

Meta Ads
Prepare for future scaling into Meta Ads as part of growth strategy.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting -Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting strategies to maximize budget efficiency and hit eCommerce KPIs (CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, etc.).
Provide regular performance reports and actionable growth strategies to stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Support - Support with reporting, research, fulfilment, and customer care tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically for Shopify-based eCommerce stores.
Demonstrated success in Google Ads management with a strong ROAS and conversion optimization record.
Solid SEO expertise, including onsite optimization, link building, and content writing for Shopify.
Understanding of eCommerce KPIs and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics,
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with Klaviyo or similar
Knowledge of Meta Ads
Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are a plus.
Looking for somebody with at least 4 years relevant digital marketing experience with clear evidence of driving strong results.
Summary:
This role requires a hands-on digital marketing specialist with expertise in Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, and a data-driven approach to eCommerce growth. The ability to monitor and optimize campaigns daily, report on performance, and handle occasional ad hoc tasks is essential for success in this position
