1. Role
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote (day shift with flexibility based on business needs)

This role is currently remote; however, candidates must be based in Metro Manila as the position will transition to an office-based setup in the near future. Applicants should be comfortable with both remote collaboration and eventual in-person reporting. Reliable internet and a professional home workspace are required for the interim remote period.
Level: Managerial (with future growth into Senior Manager role)
The Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic marketing lead, working hand-in-hand with the COO to build, scale, and optimize the company’s global marketing engine. This role requires a Shopify expert with 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally in a digital e-commerce environment.
2. Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital and content marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Lead SEO, SEM, paid media (Meta, Google, etc.),
• Own Shopify-based marketing integrations and promotions.
Collaboration & Oversight
• Partner with the COO on all strategic initiatives and growth campaigns.
• Align marketing activities with product development, sales, and fulfillment teams.
Performance Management
• Track key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, bounce rate, etc.) and provide weekly executive reports.
• Manage budgets and ensure ROI is aligned with forecasted targets.
Content & Community Building
• Oversee all creative assets, content calendars, and branded marketing materials.
• Manage organic social media, paid ad creatives, and brand storytelling.
Team Leadership
• Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team as needed.
• Foster a culture of testing, optimization, and growth.
3. Requirements
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5+ years in digital/e-commerce marketing with managerial experience.
• Proven success in scaling online brands and running omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Shopify expert with a strong understanding of store optimization, analytics, and plugins.
• Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM,
• Strong data orientation with creative execution capability.
Soft Skills
• Strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with leadership capability and operational discipline.
Tech & Logistics
• Fast and stable internet (25 Mbps minimum).
• High-spec laptop (i5+, 8GB+ RAM).
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
