What You’ll Own (40 productive hours per Week):


Email Marketing (Klaviyo) (40?%)
• Improve core Klaviyo flows / Popups
• Write & Design a revenue?driving weekly newsletter
• Write & Design Launch Campaigns & New Flows
• Improve Segmentation & Develop highly customized customer Journeys that improve LTV

Paid & Organic Social Creative Ops (20?%)
• Create?10+ New Image Creatives/Assets using AI Tools, Canva and Photoshop
• Come up with new Creative Concepts
• Analyze and report on Results & Improve/Iterate

Shopify CRO (10?%)
• Build/iterate/improve product & landing pages
• Run A/B Tests

Product R&D (15?%)
• Scout trends, whip up AI mock?ups, draft tech packs
• Liaise with suppliers/freelancers

Process & SOPs & VA Tasks (15?%)
• Keep Notion SOP library current
• Spot bottlenecks, propose automations
• General VA Tasks

Must?Have Skills
Self?learning, data?driven, proactive.
1?3?y Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, deliverability, A/B tests).
Canva/Photoshop and generative?AI image tools.
Copywriting Skills
Meta Ads Manager creative uploads & basic testing logic.
Shopify admin + CRO mindset.
Crystal?clear written English and Loom?friendly communication.


Compensation & Perks
USD?1300?1800 / month (based on skill Level) + performance bonus.
$40/month net stipend for internet/power.
