Job Title: Assistant Business Development Manager (Work-from-Home)

Location: Remote (Same time zone as Manila, PH)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Manila Time)
Pay: $230/AUD per week (php 8,000/week)

Yaran Property Group (Yaran) is a Western Australian property development company that specialises in affordable build-to-rent housing. The company was established in 1996 and has developed over 1100 dwellings across 60 different developments. The company currently owns 180 residential rental properties in Perth, and a pipeline of a further 500 dwellings to commence construction in the next 12 months. The company is aiming to develop 20000 dwellings in the next 6 years.

About the Role

As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive occupancy for SDA properties, generate leads, and manage stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for administration, maintenance coordination, financial processes, and tenancy management, ensuring efficient property operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead Generation & Occupancy Support: Identify potential tenants, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to achieving occupancy targets for SDA properties.
-Liaison & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for tenants and clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
-Stakeholder Support: Follow up on tenant concerns and collaborate with support providers to facilitate positive tenancy experiences.
-Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, handle document management, and process data entry tasks.
-Property & Maintenance Coordination: Obtain quotes, process work orders, and oversee home modifications for people with disabilities.
-Tenancy Management: Assist in lease preparation, coordinate tenancy transitions, and communicate important updates to the leasing team.
-Communications: Send out emails, newsletters, and important updates to stakeholders.
-Reporting & Analysis: Review property reports, escalate concerns, and prepare performance reports to track key business matters.


What You Need to Succeed

-Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication.
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
-Proactive, adaptable, and eager to improve processes and support business growth.
-Reliable computer and wired internet connection (ethernet).
