Job Title:
Remote Appointment Setter (Full-Time)

About Us:
We’re Stain My Brick, a Canadian home improvement company that helps homeowners dramatically transform the look of their brick homes — without costly renovations. We’re known for our 15-year warranty, top-rated customer service, and a fast-growing demand across Ontario. ( ---------- _

We need a reliable and sharp remote appointment setter to help us follow up with leads and book them in for virtual consultations.

Job Responsibilities:
-Call and follow up with warm leads who signed up through our ads
-Confirm homeowner interest and guide them to send property photos
-Book and manage appointments for our color consultation team
-Send SMS/email follow-ups through our CRM
-Keep leads updated and organized within our system
-Ask simple qualifying questions using our script and training

?Requirements:
-Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
-Comfortable on the phone, friendly and professional tone
-Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
-Experience with Google Sheets, Calendly, and CRM Tools
-Reliable and consistent — this is NOT for freelancers juggling 5 clients
-To show you have full read the requirements, also submit your favourite food in the cover letter.
-Coachable and can follow scripts while making it sound natural
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Extraverted and assertive, able to take initiative during the job

Schedule:
15 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

Your shift will align with Eastern Time (Canada) hours, 5 PM– 8 PM EST

Salary & Benefits:
-Starting at $5 USD per hour, depending on experience
-Performance bonuses based on consultations booked and team results
-Pay increases after 3 months based on reliability and performance
-Long-term role with room to grow into management or sales
