This will mostly be OUTBOUND calls to customers who have abandoned their carts or were not able to finish the payment process during the time that they are on the website but were able to leave their information plus outbound calls to NEW CUSTOMERS who just made a purchase (like a follow-up courtesy call to see if they were happy with their shopping, etc.).
• Willing to work on different shifts
• Willing to work for 6 days a week (if needed)
• Willing to work on weekends (if needed)
• Willing to be trained
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work on location (Makati/Clark)
• Must have good communication skills (oral and written)
• With good comprehension
• Provide excellent AFTER-SALES customer service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing, account maintenance, payment processing and other general inquiries about the company’s products and services
• Soft-selling involved (product upsell/product offer to already existing customers)
• Inform customers of current promotions and new or updated products related to their purchase
• Experience with online shopping preferred but not required
• Past experience with customer service preferred
