Certified CPA (Bookkeeping) – Wave Bookkeeping/Quickbooks Online

Are you a Certified CPA?
I need help me with the following Accounting, Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks Online.

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, collection, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with Ken to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
• CPA Certification

Immediate Need:
1. I need all my books to be up to date to be ready for Taxes for the year 2023.
2. If you want to work on a monthly basis, I have monthly tasks below, I estimate 1/hr per month.

Ongoing Needs:
Bookkeeping – Monthly Tasks:
• Core Bookkeeping Tasks
• Sync and reconciliation with Bank accounts
• Save statements in my server


Account Receivable – Monthly Tasks:
• Help me identify late / missed payments
• Check & Merchant/Credit Card payments
• If one is discovered, contact me.
• You need to update me at least on a bi-weekly basis.
• You will need to add me to your calendar and be proactive. You will need to follow up and follow through.

Big Plus:
• Can work USA Time

Pay:
$5/hr
