• Must have hands-on experience working with running Facebook ads
• Ability to run traffic campaigns and scale all EXISTING ads for current brand and product line
• Ability to test and run traffic campaigns for NEW products
• Ability to tag, troubleshoot and optimize the performance of ads
• Create profitable advertising campaigns; Ability to contribute to INCREASING level of paid social media programs
• Create a regular publishing schedule
• Ability to evaluate effectiveness of promotional programs for each brand and product line
• Ability to quickly spot patterns and actionable insights
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
• Experience planning and managing strategic paid advertising campaigns across Facebook
• Able to do market research for each brand and product line; Research, collect and gather information about consumers, competitors and trends in the market to effectively target the right demographics
• Provide best practices, latest trends and recommendations across the paid social ecosystem including content and creative units, building target audiences, structuring and managing campaigns, optimizing campaign performance and communication campaign performance and Return on Ad Spends
• Knowledge in Quaya and Smartly.io preferred but not required
• Knowledge in using FB pixels preferred but not required
• Proficient in using FB Power Editor (a must)
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting Facebook related data
• Basic graphic design background is a plus
• Has good communication skills
• Conceptual, analytical and evaluate skills; formulate options, provide conclusions and recommendations
• Passionate about online and digital marketing
• Eager to learn and stay up to date with trending processes, tools and social media platforms
