The Role

As a Paid Media & Performance Specialist, you will take ownership of Lupo Digital’s paid media strategies, campaign execution, optimisation, and performance reporting. You will be working closely with internal teams and clients to design and deliver campaigns that drive qualified traffic, generate high-quality leads, and fuel customer growth.

You’ll play a key role in supporting Lupo’s Human-led AI-first digital transition, helping us scale acquisition, drive measurable performance, and lead innovation across an AI-powered, HubSpot-centered digital landscape.


What You'll Do

- Strategise, plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Build compelling ad strategies, creatives, copy, and high-converting landing pages.
- Leverage in-platform AI, automation, bid optimisation, conversion tracking, and advanced targeting techniques.
- Continuously A/B test ads, audiences, offers, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CPA, CTR, SQL contribution, and landing page conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Content, Development, and Account Management teams to align paid media with broader - marketing initiatives.
- When required, present results and optimisations directly to clients.
- Integrate paid media channels with HubSpot.


Who You Are

- 3–5+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience (agency experience highly preferred).
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and HubSpot CRM.
- Skilled at interpreting data, drawing insights, and translating them into campaign improvements.
- Passionate about digital innovation and using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gamma AI) to enhance work.
- Strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and highly collaborative team player.
- Deeply aligned with Lupo’s core values: Integrity, Customer Success, Innovation, Attention to Detail, and Craft Mastery.
- A master of keyword research.
- Passionate for problem-solving, lead generation, and customer acquisition.


Nice to Have

- Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, and/or HubSpot Certification.
- Experience using project management tools like ClickUp and collaboration platforms like Figma.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how paid campaigns complement organic strategies.
