Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with deep experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, and social media growth. You will have the freedom to implement your strategies, provided they drive measurable ROI. Must have experience marketing B2B, preferably in equipment or food/snack industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., graphics, videos, blogs, and infographics) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages across all platforms (e.g.,
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools; prepare and present reports on engagement, reach, and growth metrics to guide future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies; leverage these insights to enhance content and engagement strategies.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with online communities, influencers, and followers; foster discussions and manage any potential issues or negative feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels and campaigns.
Qualifications:
.Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to make technical content engaging.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Experience running paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads,
Excellent communication skills in English.
