About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Video Editor who can confidently move between hi-fi, premium production content and lo-fi, narrative-driven social media content. You’ll be working across a range of projects—polished brand videos, storytelling reels, content campaigns, and short-form ads—bringing creative flair and technical excellence to every edit.
About You
You’re a skilled editor with a strong creative eye, the ability to adapt your style across different formats, and a deep understanding of how content needs to be crafted for different platforms. You’re comfortable working with high-quality production footage and equally at home creating high-impact social videos designed to capture attention quickly.
What You’ll Do:
Edit premium hi-fi content (brand videos, campaign assets, product showcases, interviews) with strong narrative, pacing, and visual polish
Edit lo-fi, agile content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with an understanding of trends, hooks, and platform-native styles
Create narrative-driven short-form edits that connect emotionally and drive engagement
Work with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand storytelling and creative direction
Manage and organise projects efficiently with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years professional editing experience
Strong portfolio showcasing both hi-fi (premium production) and lo-fi (social media) work
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent editing and motion graphics tools)
Strong storytelling, pacing, and editing instincts
Understanding of different social media formats, trends, and audience behaviours
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within creative briefs
Bonus: Experience with light motion graphics, captioning, and sound design
