Appointment Setting for Med Spas

At Pure Glow Media, we specialize in helping med spas grow their businesses through powerful digital marketing strategies. We generate qualified leads and deliver them directly to our clients. We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for these leads — helping convert interest into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promptly call new leads as they come in to qualify and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads via phone, text, and email using our CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Accurately book appointments into our clients’ calendars with attention to detail.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with both leads and internal team.
• Monitor inboxes and CRM daily for new leads and communication updates.
• Ensure all booked appointments receive confirmation and reminder messages.
• Handle any rescheduling or appointment questions professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:
• Strong phone and communication skills – friendly, persuasive, and confident.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or sales support roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with GoHighLevel is a big plus).
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet environment.
