Executive Assistant – Modeling Agency & Costume Rentals (Las Vegas Showgirls)
We are a fast-growing modeling agency and costume rental business specializing in authentic Las Vegas showgirl talent and attire. As we expand into diverse modeling opportunities, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO with a blend of administrative, bookkeeping, marketing, and talent management tasks.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote & Las Vegas-based (preferred, but not required)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Scheduling
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and modeling gigs.
Coordinate schedules for models and clients, ensuring timely communication and proper alignment for each event or shoot.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and models to maintain professional and efficient communication.
Bookkeeping & Financial
Create and maintain basic financial statements and reports.
Generate and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Help organize and track expenses, budgets, and project profitability.
Marketing & Social Media
Manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok,
Create engaging and on-brand content (images, captions, short videos, etc.) to promote our models, costumes, and gigs.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns to boost visibility and drive new business.
Business Development
Research and identify new leads for potential modeling gigs, events, and business partnerships.
Assist in outreach to potential clients, agencies, and event planners.
Maintain a CRM or lead-tracking system to keep all contacts organized and updated.
Talent Management
Help manage a growing roster of professional models, including onboarding new talent.
Match the right models to client gigs based on skills, experience, and availability.
Ensure models are briefed, prepared, and equipped with costumes as needed for events or shoots.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or in the entertainment/modeling industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), QuickBooks (or similar), and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Bonus Skills:
Background in digital marketing or graphic design.
Experience in talent or event coordination.
Familiarity with the Las Vegas entertainment scene.
