The Role
We're seeking a Video Editor who can craft compelling short-form content for Paid
What You'll Do
> Edit 15–30 second videos optimised for platforms like TikTok and Meta.
> Work with our existing content, testimonials, talking heads, and product demonstrations.
> Implement captions, overlays, and effects that enhance viewer engagement.
> Produce multiple versions for A/B testing, focusing on different hooks and calls-to-action.
> Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to align content with performance data and feedback.
> Cut for hooks, angles, and CTAs, native-feeling
What We're Looking For
> Someone that over time does not need direction, and can manage their work and provide high quality video (and potentially image) content based on their learning from the brand requirements
This will be a critical requirement
> Proven experience editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
> A keen understanding of what captures attention and drives conversions.
> Ability to work efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
> Familiarity with wellness, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
