Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with strong development background to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical SEO expertise with front-end development skills to implement effective optimisation strategies.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable search opportunities
Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommended fixes
Upload and optimise content for search engines
Develop and execute link building and outreach campaigns
Implement on-page SEO best practices across WordPress and Shopify sites
Write clean, efficient code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for SEO improvements
Monitor SEO performance metrics and provide regular reports
Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO with demonstrable results
Strong technical background with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms
Understanding of technical SEO principles including site architecture, page speed optimisation, and mobile responsiveness
Knowledge of link building strategies and outreach techniques
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Exeperience in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience in creating events in Google Tag Manager
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PHP or other back-end languages
Knowledge of schema markup implementation
Experience with e-commerce SEO
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
