We are seeking an experienced AI Audiobook Narrator or tech-savvy audio professional with a deep understanding of AI-driven content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating long-form AI-narrated audiobooks for platforms like Audible, ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 words.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced AI tools to generate and narrate audiobooks (20k–100k words)
- Ensure all narration matches our brand voice, tone, and quality standards
- Review and refine AI-generated audio for clarity, natural flow, and listener engagement
- Collaborate with our editorial and production team for seamless integration
- Continuously test and optimize narration workflows using new AI tools and features

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AI tools for audio content (e.g., ElevenLabs, Murf, PlayHT, Descript)
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI content generation
- Ability to produce engaging, coherent long-form audio content
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies

Preferred Skills:
- Background in audiobook production, voiceover, or content creation
- Familiarity with AI-based analytics and performance tracking
- Experience optimizing audio content for platforms like Audible
