Pharmacy Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for processing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance for wellness clinics and doctors. Along with tracking and tracing to ensure proper delivery. A high level of communication with pharmacies will be required, so an understanding of the pharmaceutical space is preferred.
OBJECTIVES
? Process orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
? Verify all discounts are approved
? Ensure the opportunity pipeline is clean by the end of day by having all orders processed
? Pharmacy medication coordination
? If orders are rejected, inform the account owner of reason why and supervisor
? Participate with key stakeholders to solve any pharmacy or patient medication issues
? Oversee third-party supplement orders through the Ship Station.
? Establish relationships with new pharmacies and familiarize yourself with new medications in order to address any issues or questions
? Work with retention and operations to streamline patient experience and reassign account owner once handoff is completed

COMPETENCIES
? Understanding of how to properly track and trace orders
? Knowledge of efficient order fulfillment processes & best practices
? Ability to manage a high volume of pharmaceutical inventory
? Proficient in the use of CRM-(Salesforce. Zoho, GHL) to procure supplies and services
? Proficient in EHR (Dr. Chrono preferred)
? Possess a working knowledge of requisitioning and receiving orders to assist customers
? Pharmacy and sourcing or drug fulfillment knowledge
? Ability to pay attention to specific details regarding shipments, inventory...etc.
