About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing immigration case files, client communication, and document handling—while supporting legal strategy and advocacy preparation. You’ll work closely with a Licensed Immigration Adviser and play a key role in delivering successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Case Strategy Support: Assist in analyzing client circumstances, flagging red flags, and contributing to advocacy arguments under New Zealand immigration policy.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for client questions, updates, and education throughout the process.
• Documentation Oversight: Organize and review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across application types.

• Red Flag Awareness: Identify missing or potentially problematic information and escalate to advisers as needed.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with tea
• Sales Growth: Spot opportunities for visa renewals and additional services through ongoing client engagement.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across legal, admin, and strategy teams to ensure aligned support and seamless delivery.

What We're Looking For
Required
• Law graduate or formal paralegal training/certification
• At least 1 year of experience in legal support, documentation management, or client service in a legal setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable engaging with clients via video calls,
• Excellent organizational skills and a love for documentation
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and proactive with follow-ups
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development
Highly Valued
• Experience in immigration or family law
• Prior involvement in preparing submissions, legal letters, or affidavits
• Prior experience in client advocacy or red flag identification
• Willingness to study and eventually sit the NZ Immigration Adviser Licensing Qualification ________________________________________
