You’ll keep our ecommerce engine humming. Your day runs from building Klaviyo flows to checking that every product, banner, and promo looks right before it hits the site. Speed matters, accuracy matters more.
Key Responsibilities
You'll work across Shopify and Klaviyo to:
Build and QA
Follow the marketing calendar and chase the team for task status updates to keep everything moving.
Check products, collections, and onsite promos before they go live.
Maintain merchandising rules: sorting, badges, stock flags, discount tags.
Organise assets across design, brand, and marketing folders.
Track UGC and influencer links, file everything where the team can find it.
Make sure the site shows the right price, SKU, and copy in every region and device.
What Success Looks Like
99% QA pass rate on campaigns,
No missed launch dates or last-minute scrambles.
Zero SKU, tag, or inventory errors.
Positive feedback from team leads on coordination and turnaround time.
Must-Have Skills
Klaviyo
Shopify admin, product setup, and basic app edits & merchandising.
Google Sheets / Excel for campaign tracking.
Eye for detail: can spot a wrong hex code or a stray pixel.
Clear written English and proactive communication.
Nice-to-Have
Basic Canva or Figma edits.
Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
You'll be working with an internal eCommerce marketing manager, and a head of ecommerce growth, as well as a creative team, social & partnerships and strategic leaders.
