Requirements:

Minimum 6 months medical assistant or VA experience

Basic prior-authorization knowledge

Fluent English; Spanish a plus

Strong organization and clear communication

Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm appointments

Manage referrals and prior authorizations

Prepare charts and handle medical records

Respond to patient calls and emails promptly
