We're on the hunt for a highly motivated Lead Generation Coordinator who’s ready to kick-start their career, learn the ropes, and play a crucial role in driving sales pipeline and outreach efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Appointment Setting - Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and the sales team.
2. Lead Generation - Research and identify high-quality leads using online tools, directories, and social platforms.
3. Cold Calling - Conduct outreach to potential clients by phone, confidently and professionally introducing ARC Digital SEO and sparking interest in our services.
4. Cold Emailing - Craft and send compelling emails that get responses, not ignored.
5. Social Media Outreach - Engage with prospects on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to warm up leads and spark conversations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
- Confident, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM systems (a plus!)
- A genuine interest in marketing and digital growth strategies
- No prior experience required, but sales or outreach exposure is a big plus
