Ecommerce - Shopify Order Fulfillment

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jonathan. I am the owner of Mini Split Systems Direct, an e-commerce company that primarily sells HVAC products.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Shopify store VA to join our growing team.

Here is what we are looking for:

-Flexible working hours: REQUIRED (9am - 6pm est Monday - Saturday)
-Excellent knowledge and expertise using the Shopify platform: REQUIRED
-Experience in handling customer service concerns: REQUIRED.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills: REQUIRED
-High experience with teamwork
-Comfortable with fast pace environments

Here is what you'll be doing day to day:

1. Making sure every order is going out on time. Our processing times are 2 - 3 business days before an order ships, you need to make sure every order is sent to the the manufacturer the same day the order is placed to be sure all orders go out on time.
2. You will be responsible for providing tracking numbers to our customers as soon as they are made available.
3. Communicating with other tea ---------- mbers, for example, our customer service department may reach out to you for tracking information when a customer inquires, you will need to respond back to our customer service team with the status of the customers order.
4. If there are any known shipping delays, you will need to inform our customer ahead of time with a status update.
