Product Research & Listing VA (with Dropshipping Experience & Leadership Growth Path)
Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Growth into Leadership Role)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to help build out our product catalog at GuideCare Essentials, an e-commerce store focused on wellness and comfort products for seniors.

This position is perfect for someone with solid dropshipping product research experience who’s ready to step into more responsibility — with a path toward leading a small team of graphic designers and customer support VAs as the store grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Duties:
• Research trending, low-competition products in the senior wellness, health, and comfort niche
• Source products via AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, Zendrop, or similar
• Create clear, SEO-friendly product listings (title, description, tags, variants, etc.) in Shopify
• Upload product photos and make light edits using Canva or other tools
• Monitor product performance and provide weekly updates

Leadership Development Track (60–90 days):
• Train and oversee future tea ---------- mbers (graphic design, customer support)
• Help build SOPs and checklists for product and listing workflows
• Collaborate with the founder on weekly product strategy and store development
• Take ownership of product pipeline and launches

Required Skills:
• Strong dropshipping product research experience (tools, platforms, market knowledge)
• Shopify product listing and management experience
• English fluency (written) and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibility
• Canva or basic image editing skills a bonus
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and reliability are a must

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience managing or training other VAs
• Familiarity with the senior products market
• Google Sheets or data entry experience


Compensation:
Hourly Rate (part-time to start):
• 10.50USD/hour
