Social media/lead generation for cleaning business

HomeHero Maintenance is a growing cleaning business based in Sydney. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to help grow our social media, generate leads, and bring in new customers.

Your Key Tasks:
• Create and schedule content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Grow our local following and engagement
• Research and reach out to potential leads/businesses
• Assist with running and tracking ad campaigns
• Reply to DMs and help convert inquiries into bookings

You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have experience with social media marketing and lead generation
• Are confident with Canva, Reels, and simple video editing
• Can communicate clearly and professionally
• Are results-driven and consistent
