REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English (written + basic verbal)

Reliable internet + quiet working space

Grit, hunger, and self-discipline

Previous sales or cold calling experience = BIG bonus

Must be available at least 6 hours per day, 5–6 days/week


PAY STRUCTURE
2 week trial commission only ($30 bonus per qualified call + 3% of closed deal)

$3/hour after trial (with 5-booking minimum to pass)

OTE: $2000-$3000month+ (based on performance)

Performance-based bonuses + potential for base pay after 30 days
