No Regrets Insurance Services is looking for a forward-thinking Social Media Content Creator who has top-notch writing skills and a passion for cultivating a captivating social media presence!

This role will take charge of solving problems for our clients by ensuring these strategies are producing results for their social media needs. This Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for honing their conceptual and copywriting skills toward what is important for our clients’ social media presence, while working closely with the entire social media department to curate content at a high level.
Work schedule will begin part time. Starting pay is based on previous social media experience in a professional environment – former agency setting preferred – probation starting pay is $6 (DOE). We will be looking to train and fill a vacant Social Media Content Manager role, which is a full time position and increased pay before the fall.
Responsibilities:
Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms: FB, LI, TikTok and IG ( coming soon YT)
Collaborate with social media coordinator to create a social media calendar
Proofread – check and double check for errors
Curate and manage social media content for our clients
Upload content to internal review platform for admin and client approval
Create and edit of written, video and photo content
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
Monitor social media channels for industry trends
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years experience with B2C social media management or content creation
Experience with copywriting is a MUST
Experience working at a Marketing Agency is a HUGE plus
Experience with Adobe, Canva, or other content design software is a MUST
Experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, SOCi, etc) is a MUST
Experience using project management tools (Monday, Trello, Basecamp, etc) is a HUGE plus
Experience with Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite) is a plus
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Zoom is a plus
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools is a plus but not required
Experience using G-Suite products is a HUGE plus
Excellent social listening skills
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
Top-notch communication skills
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
