Supply Chain & Wholesale Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote
Salary: PHP 35,000/month
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time (Philippine time: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM March to Oct, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM - Oct - March)

Logistics Meets Growth: Manage Inventory & Drive Wholesale for a Natural, Vegan, Organic Skincare Brand

We’re a fast-growing skincare brand on a mission to deliver clean, effective beauty with purpose. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Wholesale Sales coordinator to manage inventory and logistics while helping us grow our wholesale network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both backend operations and proactive sales communication.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

- Manage inventory levels across multiple locations including warehouses, manufacturers, and 3PLs

- Track and update stock across raw materials, packaging, and finished products

- Set and maintain reorder points to prevent stockouts

- Coordinate with suppliers to source ingredients and packaging

- Prepare and manage international shipments, including commercial invoices and customs documents

- Liaise with manufacturers to ensure timely and complete production runs

- Monitor and track product movement between facilities


Wholesale Sales Outreach

- Identify and reach out to new wholesale leads (retailers, spas, boutiques, etc.)

- Work from a provided list and actively research potential stockists

- Use templated outreach messages and adapt communications as needed

- Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach tracking in CRM or spreadsheet

- Assist in onboarding new partners and coordinating initial orders


What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory operations (CPG or beauty preferred)

- Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or systems

- Familiarity with international shipping and documentation (e.g., commercial invoices)

- Strong communication skills and confidence in professional outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, and inventory management tools/software

- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling both operations and sales tasks


Bonus Experience

- Beauty, skincare, or wellness industry background

- Experience working with 3PLs or co-packers

- Previous wholesale, retail, or B2B sales experience

- Knowledge of clean beauty or sustainable product sourcing
