GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist – Web, CRM & Automation Support (Part-Time/Flexible)

I’m looking for a skilled and reliable GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to help build and maintain key systems in my healing and coaching business. This includes web pages, CRM setup, automations, and ongoing marketing support.
This is a part-time and flexible role, with more hours expected at the beginning as systems are built out. After the initial setup, ongoing work will shift to lighter, weekly maintenance and occasional projects.

I’m not sure yet how many hours this will require each week, but I value clear communication and will do my best to provide a heads-up on upcoming projects and needs. This role will not require consistent hours every week. Some months may be lighter, others more active depending on projects. Monthly pay will reflect actual workload and can be adjusted together as needed. If you prefer hourly, please include your rate. If you prefer project-based, I’m open to quotes as well.

Key Responsibilities

Build and update web pages using GoHighLevel’s website builder

Create and refine workflow automations and triggers

Set up email marketing campaigns and templates

Configure CRM pipelines and lead tracking tools

Design and implement client onboarding systems

Assist with simple social media scheduling and marketing flows

Monitor performance and support regular maintenance tasks

What I’m Looking For

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (please share examples)

Understanding of CRM setup, automations, and funnel creation

Basic design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus

Clear communicator with strong English skills

Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive

Comfortable working with flexible hours and evolving priorities
