JOB OVERVIEW

Read This Carefully — Skimmed Applications Will Be Skipped.

This ad was designed to filter out shortcuts. If you’re still reading, good. That’s the first test passed. Now let’s see if you’re what we’re looking for.

We’re Eazy Access Ltd, a UK-based performance marketing brand scaling high-quality affiliate offers using direct response video advertising. Our creatives are structured, face-free, sound-off, and crafted for conversion. We don’t chase trends. We build performance assets that scale.

We’re now hiring a Creative Video Editor — not someone who adds flashy transitions or relies on background music, but someone who understands structure, pacing, and the psychology of decision-making. Someone who can tell a story using nothing more than stock footage, screen grabs, kinetic text, and movement — all while maintaining what we call electric simplicity: editing with precision, intention, and emotional rhythm.

Your role is to craft 20 to 35-second short-form video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. These ads must work without sound, without faces, and without fluff — because they’ll be seen by cold traffic on mobile. That means you’ll need to rely on visual pacing, crisp typography, clear story beats, and intelligent sequencing. You’ll be working with stock and b-roll, adding captions and kinetic movement, and delivering your work in both square and vertical formats. We move fast, but we give clear briefs and constructive feedback — and we expect the same clarity and professionalism from you.

You should have strong English communication skills and mastery of your editing tool of choice — whether that’s Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro. You need to understand what stops the scroll, how to guide a viewer’s eye, and how to make something feel emotionally sharp without being visually loud. Availability during PST hours is ideal, or at least the flexibility to work within that rhythm.

It helps if you’ve edited ads for lead generation funnels, ClickBank offers, or other performance campaigns, especially ones that had to work without sound or talent on screen. If you understand hooks, attention curves, and conversion mechanics, you’ll fit right in.

Now, how you apply matters.

To apply, record a 30-second selfie video. Start the video by saying the two-word phrase that represents our creative philosophy. (If you read carefully, you’ll find it.) Then introduce yourself, your experience, and your best skill — all within 30 seconds. Include a public link to your portfolio — Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube only.

Along with your video, answer the following three questions in writing:

First, what’s the most overlooked element in a successful mobile ad?

Second, how do you create scroll-stopping content with no faces and no music?

Third, what’s your process when a client asks for a full creative redo?

We’re not looking for a generalist editor. We’re looking for someone who sees editing as a form of strategic persuasion. Someone who knows that the real craft is in the sequence — not in the software.

If you understand that performance comes from psychology — not polish — and you can bring electric simplicity to life on screen, then we’re ready to meet you.

Apply now. We’ll know who read this properly.
