I run a U.S.-based short-term rental business using Airbnb and corporate housing models. I’m looking for a sharp, detail-oriented VA to help find properties, reach out to landlords, and coordinate the setup process—remotely.
You do not need Airbnb experience—just strong English, great communication, and serious follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
• Search Zillow, Craigslist, Zumper for rental properties in target cities
• Use a pre-written script to
• Log responses and lead status in Google Sheets
• Coordinate calendar invites with interested landlords using Calendly
• Escalate only warm leads to me for closing
You Are:
• Fluent in written English
• Tech-savvy (Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Calendly,
• Resourceful & organized
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions with precision
• Comfortable working independently without needing reminders
Tools You’ll Use:

Hours & Pay:
• Flexible, part-time to start (10–15 hrs/week)
• Pay starts at $3–$5/hr depending on skill—with raises for performance
