We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy marketing assistant to help grow our digital presence through engaging content, smart use of AI tools, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, Stories, TikToks)

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Descript, etc.) to streamline content creation

Develop and execute basic marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement

Assist with email marketing, blog posts, and occasional ad campaigns

Track performance metrics and make recommendations based on data

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

Strong video editing skills with a portfolio of short-form content

Comfortable using AI tools and learning new platforms quickly

Solid understanding of social media trends, marketing strategies, and content planning

Creative mindset with an eye for design, tone, and brand consistency

Excellent communication and time management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in real estate, interior design, or home staging industries

Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and influencer outreach

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite
