Marlink, a fast-growing outbound marketing agency, is looking for a rockstar Appointment Setter to join our team. We work with some of the most exciting tech and SaaS companies around the world—and we need someone who knows how to turn positive replies into booked meetings like clockwork.

???? What You’ll Do:
Take over warm leads from our outbound efforts (no cold calling!)

Engage prospects via email and LinkedIn to qualify and book appointments

Handle objections, read between the lines, and close the meeting

Update our CRM with activities and next steps

Work closely with our founder and senior team to improve messaging and strategy

???? You Are:
An expert communicator in English—written and spoken

Confident, assertive, and charismatic

Experienced working with SaaS clients or tech companies

Familiar with appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, and email workflows

Organized and hungry to grow (seriously—bonus potential is unlimited)
