Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder (Operations & Guest Experience)
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Full-time
Salary: 400$ + Performance bonus

About Anfa Homes
Anfa Homes is a fast-growing short- and mid-term rental company managing over 80 listings across two countries: UAE and Morocco. We specialize in delivering high-quality guest experiences while maintaining excellent relationships with property owners. As we enter a new phase of strategic partnerships and business expansion, we are hiring an Executive Assistant to directly support our Co-Founder and help streamline daily operations.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, multi-functional role. You will act as the Co-Founder's right hand — managing escalated guest issues, coordinating with cleaning supervisors, liaising with property owners, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with clarity and empathy. You’ll be empowered to make decisions and resolve issues independently, helping ensure both guests and owners feel supported and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities
???? Daily Operations
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
- Review post-cleaning reports and photos to catch issues before guests do.
- Monitor late check-ins, damaged items, and report irregularities promptly.
???? Guest Experience Management
Manage high-level or sensitive guest communication with professionalism.
Draft and submit responses to guest reviews; file and follow up on Airbnb review disputes.
Escalate guest complaints when necessary, with clear documentation.

- Communicate updates to international property owners regarding bookings, i

- Coordinate between the field team and owners, especially in time-sensitive situations.

- Track action items and priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff or virtual assistants.
- Help build internal documentation, templates, and SOPs for scale.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, operations, or executive support roles
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Airbnb and Microsot Office.

- Previous exposure to the Airbnb platform and guest management systems
- Ability to act autonomously and make decisions in fast-moving situations
