Airbnb Virtual Assistant – Guest Messaging, Canva, Cold Calling

Job Description:

We are hiring a virtual assistant to support the daily operations and marketing for our Airbnb business. This is a long-term position that will grow into a full-time role for the right person. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and creative with strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

You must be comfortable with guest communication, light customer service, content creation using Canva, and cold calling leasing offices using our provided script. We're looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities Include:

-Responding to Airbnb guest messages using templates and custom replies
-Checking security cameras daily to ensure guests are following house rules
-Creating daily social media content in Canva (posts, quotes, photo graphics, etc.)
-Organizing captions and hashtags for each Canva post
-Researching trending Airbnb-related content and hashtag strategies
-Cold calling leasing offices and property managers to pitch corporate leasing
-Updating lead tracker with daily call notes and follow-ups
-Sending end-of-day reports summarizing completed tasks


Requirements:

*Strong written and spoken English communication skills
*Canva design experience
*Experience with guest messaging, customer service, or cold calling is preferred
*High level of attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
*Must have open availability and be willing to work flexible shifts if needed
*Must be consistent with attendance and willing to grow with the role

Pay Range:
$2–$7 USD/hour depending on experience
