Appointment Setter - Fitness Coach

DM Setter/VA Wanted for Online Fitness Coaching Business

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working DM setter to join our team and help with outreach and sending daily warm/cold messages. - Part time role (15 hours per week)

About the role:
• You’ll be messaging leads daily across platforms (instagram only for now)
• Tracking and reporting outreach and performance data
• Following proven scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
• Working closely with the head coach to ensure calls are consistently booked each week

What we’re looking for:
• Someone with strong written communication skills
• Consistent, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with outreach volume and working to targets
• Reliable and results-driven
• Bonus if you understand fitness and online coaching
