We're currently running six active YouTube channels and our company is growing. That’s why we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who wants to grow into the role of Channel Manager. ???? What You’ll Do (Starting Tasks):
• Create YouTube thumbnails using Canva
• Prepare and schedule videos for upload
• Assist with other supporting tasks involved in running YouTube channels
As you grow into the role, you'll gradually take on more responsibilities such as:
• Finding trending topics and doing market research
• Taking ownership of a channel and helping it grow

• Start at $6/hour with clear potential to grow to $8/hour after promotion to channel manager. We also offer a revenue share model in which you will get a % of the profits a youtube channel makes.

• Full-time remote work. Sundays are off.

• Fluent in English (written + spoken)
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Comfortable with tools like Canva and basic task boards like Trello
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• You’re available daily (except sundays)
