Graphic Production Assistant – High-Volume Image Editing (Remote)

Location: Remote Working Hours Sunday-Thursday 2am-6am UK - Note that we use time tracking and monitoring software

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Graphic Production Assistant to join our team.
This role focuses on fast, accurate creation and editing of simple graphic assets based on pre-existing templates and brand guidelines.

You will NOT be required to create original designs from scratch — instead, you will work systematically to produce a large volume of high-quality edits, following clear instructions.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves ticking tasks off checklists, and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and adapt existing design templates for multiple projects.

Prepare and export graphics in various file formats (JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF, etc.).

Perform basic image manipulation (resizing, cropping, background removal, etc.).

Follow brand guidelines and templates to maintain consistency.

Organise and manage large batches of files and assets efficiently.

Communicate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure specifications are met.

Meet daily and weekly output targets.

Required Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level).

Familiarity with Illustrator

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.

Comfortable following structured workflows and repetitive tasks.

Good organisational skills, especially for file management.

Basic understanding of file types, dimensions, and design best practices.

Reliable internet connection and a good-quality computer setup.
